Краткосрочная аренда недвижимости в Турции – правило 100 дней
Недавно введенное в Турции "Правило 100 дней" регулирует краткосрочную аренду недвижимости для туристических целей, особенно на платформах, таких как Airbnb.
Этот регламент, опубликованный 28 декабря 2023 года под названием (Закон № 7464) "Положение о аренде жилой недвижимости для туристических целей", вводит различные положения:
- Недвижимость может сдаваться в аренду не более 100 дней в год.
- Если речь идет о квартире в жилом комплексе, требуется одобрение всех соседей.
- Арендаторов необходимо зарегистрировать в полиции.
- Владелец должен получить лицензию от Министерства культуры и т уризма, что подразумевает трехмесячный процесс подачи заявки.
- Невыполнение требований может привести к штрафам в размере 100 000 TL и более, а арендаторам грозит немедленное выселение.
