General/Scope of Application
The following are the General Terms and Conditions of Use for the processing of enquiries by eCless Emlak Turizminsaat (hereinafter referred to as mersinscout.com).

mersinscout.com provides holiday home enquirers with free access via the Internet to the holiday homes contained in the mersinscout.com database and to other services and editorial publications relating to holiday homes and holiday homes. Use of information obtained through offers

Liability
Tenants cannot assert contractual claims or claims for damages against mersinscout.com, as a contractual relationship is established between the landlord and the tenant, but in no case with mersinscout.com. In this respect mersinscout.com acts merely as an intermediary. We are not liable for failures of a technical nature. A short-term inaccessibility of the server and information does not cause a price reduction.

Cancellation of the booking
Cancellations require a written declaration!
In case of cancellation of this contractual fixed reservation, cancellation fees will be charged in the following amount:
Up to 50 days prior to arrival, cancellation of your booking is free of charge.
Up to 49 days before arrival, cancellations will be charged with a cancellation fee of 10% of the rental price.
Up to 35 days before arrival, cancellations will be charged with a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price.
Up to 21 days before arrival, cancellations will be charged with a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price.
Up to 14 days before arrival, cancellations will be charged with a cancellation fee of 80% of the rental price.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival, cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price.
Mersinscout.com will waive or reduce cancellation fees to the extent that it is able to generate equivalent income through re-letting for the cancelled period. No obligation to submit an offer or a contract of use by the providers or mersinscout.com. The enquirer has no right to any assurance of use. mersinscout.com is neither a provider of holiday homes or holiday properties, nor a vicarious agent of providers and distributors of holiday homes or holiday properties. mersinscout.com merely forwards enquiries from enquirers to the selected providers.

Information from cooperation partners
mersinscout.com also provides information from suitable cooperation partners via its website. The respective cooperation partners are solely responsible for their content. Only their terms and conditions apply to their services.

Sending supplementary information and offers
mersinscout.com is entitled, but not obliged, to send enquirers its own and third-party additional information or additional offers in connection with the intended rental. Data in connection with such additional information and additional offers will only be passed on if the enquirer has given his consent to this.

Storage of data
All data given to mersinscout.com by the enquirer will be stored and processed by mersinscout.com for the above-mentioned purposes and those arising from the customer order in detail. mersinscout.com will observe the relevant data protection regulations.

Sending the newsletter
On request mersinscout.com will send free newsletters to interested customers. Subsequent amendments and additions are only valid if agreed in writing. Should one of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and/or the contract be or become legally invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
